Tuina/Anmo

Tuina and Anmo are ancient massage techniques from Chinese medicine that help to balance body and mind.

Tuina means something like "pushing and grasping." It involves the application of various manual techniques to release tension, improve energy flow in the body, and alleviate discomfort. It is a powerful yet gentle method often used for pain or blockages.

Anmo translates to "pressing and rubbing" and is a rather gentle form of massage. Targeted pressure and circular movements stimulate blood circulation and relax the muscles. This technique is particularly helpful in reducing stress and promoting overall well-being.

Both techniques complement each other well and are often used together to strengthen body and soul and to support self-healing powers.
