Payment terms and appointment cancellations

The fee for a treatment with acupuncture, Tuina, or nutritional counseling is CHF 140 per hour. Please allow approximately one hour for each session. For your first appointment, please allow approximately 90 minutes. Payment is due immediately after the treatment.

You can pay in cash or conveniently via TWINT. You will receive an invoice with a receipt that you can submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. If you do not have supplemental insurance, I am happy to offer a discounted cash payment rate upon prior arrangement.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify me 24 hours in advance so that I do not have to charge you for the reserved time. Appointments on Mondays must be canceled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance.
